Good Day Pa: On-the-go Summer Snacks


  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • Salt to taste
  • Ice cream cones

If you’d like a healthier option, fill those cones up with fruit! We tried frozen fruit, regular strawberries & bananas. You can find gluten-free ice cream cones, sugar-free cones, fat-free cones. Whatever you need.

We also tried hollowing out healthy, mini-muffins. We filled them with trail mix or banana chunks.

Last run-around-the-yard edible snack holder–multi-grain scoop chips. We filled with trail mix, fruit, and popcorn.
