1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup vegetable oil mixed with 2 tablespoons apple butter or apple sauce
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup golden raisins
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the flours and baking powder and set aside. Cream the oil, apple butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Add in the oats and raisins. Stir in the dry ingredients.
Drop 2 tablespoons of dough on pan per cookie. Bake for 15 minutes.
