Peach Ice Cream

1 cup whole milk

3/4 cup sugar

pinch salt

2 cups heavy cream

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

2 medium peaches, skins removed and cut into 1/2 inch chunks

Mix the milk, sugar and salt until the sugar dissolves. Add in the cream and vanilla.

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Put into an ice cream maker and follow the directions. Usually, it takes 15-20 minutes.

Add the peaches.

Eat a few spoonfuls to be sure its delicious.

Freeze until firm.
